THE HOUSE

BOS-COS Menorca is a bright and spacious home, perfect for resting, working, or simply enjoying the island’s slower pace. The house features three beautifully decorated double bedrooms: two with sea views, and a third facing an interior patio with a magnificent ficus tree, where the pool is located.

It includes two full bathrooms and a guest toilet, making it ideal for long stays or groups. The kitchen is fully equipped—with a coffee machine, washing machine, and all necessary utensils—designed both for those who love cooking and those who prefer something quick and easy.

Outdoors, you can relax in the private pool or bask in the sun on one of the two terraces, each with its own unique ambiance. One is located in the patio, and the other is a private terrace connected to the main bedroom’s en-suite bathroom.

The living area is generous, featuring a fireplace, television, and a large dining space. There is also a dedicated work corner with a desk, perfect for remote work or video calls. Everything has been thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy, and a strong connection to Menorca’s natural and cultural surroundings.
